In short: bought the full version ($12.99 CAD, one-time payment) and it isn’t right for you? Write to us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.

What is covered

Permis Prêt sells one digital product: the unlock of the full version, for $12.99 CAD, paid once (no subscription). Try the free version first (15 questions and a mini exam) to see whether the tool suits you.

No-questions refund within 14 days

For 14 days from the date of purchase, you can ask for a full refund of the price paid, taxes included, without giving a reason.
It doesn’t matter whether you have used the full version or how your test went.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with the subject “Refund request”, or reply to your purchase receipt email.
Include your order number (on the receipt) or the email address used for the purchase.
We confirm the request within 2 business days.

How the refund is paid

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. The refund is issued through Stripe, to the payment method used for the purchase. How long it takes to show on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer (often 5 to 10 business days).

Once the refund is issued, the full-version access tied to that purchase is turned off. The free version stays available.

After 14 days

If a technical problem stops you from using the full version, or if the product does not match its description, write to us at any time: we will first try to fix the problem and, failing that, refund you.

Your rights are not limited

This policy is in addition to the rights you have under Québec’s Consumer Protection Act and other applicable laws; it does not limit them.

Before disputing a charge

Please write to us first: a direct refund is faster than a dispute with your bank.
